1. What will be deleted?
After a valid deletion request is verified and processed, MOaKOREaN will delete the account and the learning records associated with that account, including as applicable:
- Account identifiers and authentication records controlled by the service.
- Stage, pack and lesson progress.
- Lesson completion history and last learning position.
- Review lists and other account-linked learning records.

Limited information may be retained only where required by applicable law, security, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution obligations.
2. Microphone voice data
Voice recordings created during pronunciation practice are not stored on the MOaKOREaN server. Temporary audio is discarded when the learner leaves the relevant practice screen, so it is not retained as account data.

3. How to request deletion
Open the pre-filled deletion email
Use the button below or send an email directly to the support address.
Identify the account
Include the email address used for the MOaKOREaN account. Do not send passwords or sensitive authentication codes.
Confirm the request
State clearly that you want the account and all related learning data deleted.
Complete verification if requested
MOaKOREaN may ask for reasonable verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

4. Identity verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify that the requester controls the account email or otherwise has authority to request deletion. Verification is used only to protect the account and complete the request.
5. What happens after deletion?
- The deleted account can no longer be used to sign in.
- Deleted learning progress cannot be restored unless a backup is required and retained by law.
- A future account created with the same email may start with no previous learning history.
Deletion requests are processed as promptly as reasonably possible after verification.
